Strategic Objectives of Department *
Objective 1: Enhancing Scientific Research Capacity
1.1. Facilitating interdisciplinary collaborations among specialized faculty members in the field of measurement and evaluation to gain shared working experiences, support holistic perspectives, and strengthen their expertise.
1.2. Keeping abreast of new technological developments used in measurement and evaluation processes and establishing networks for the integration of these technologies into measurement and evaluation processes.
1.3. Increasing both the quantity and quality of scientific publications and academic projects at both national and international levels.
Objective 2: Improving the Quality of Education and Teaching
2.1. Continuously improving course content in line with current developments.
2.2. Enhancing the quality of education and teaching by generating solutions to address the weaknesses identified through SWOT analyses of the department.
2.3. Organizing various activities and initiatives to enhance students’ motivation for participation in education, teaching, and societal activities.
Objective 3: Strengthening Institutional Capacity and Enhancing Social Impact
3.1. Clarifying role distributions within the department to ensure continuity and increase the efficiency of internal processes.
3.2. Identifying good practices in measurement and evaluation in education and ensuring their utilization in social/societal activities.
3.3. Increasing the number of collaborations with institutions and organizations in scientific projects and activities.
