QUALITY AND SELF-EVALUATION COMMISSION

 Duties and Responsibilities: In line with the university’s strategic plan and objectives and within the framework of the procedures and principles determined by the Higher Education Quality Council, to establish an internal and external quality assurance system within the program for the purpose of evaluating, monitoring, and improving the quality of education and training, research and social contribution activities, and administrative services; to conduct evaluations for each academic year to assess the effectiveness of educational programs and ensure improvements, and to plan and monitor the process before the start of the following academic year.

 Duties and Responsibilities: Within the scope of course exemptions, evaluate horizontal transfers, vertical transfers, double major and minor applications, as well as courses taken and credits earned in other programs and/or institutions, in accordance with the “Dokuz Eylül University Associate and Bachelor’s Degree Education and Examination Regulations” and the “Dokuz Eylül University Exemption and Equivalency Guidelines” and submit equivalency reports to the department chair.

INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS COMMISSION (Erasmus, Mevlana etc.)

 Duties and Responsibilities: To coordinate the activities related to the international promotion and relations of the program (Mevlana, Erasmus and Farabi) and to ensure the functioning of the exchange processes of students and faculty within the scope of Erasmus / Mevlana / Farabi within the framework of the regulations and to carry out bilateral agreement studies.

SCHOLARSHIP COMMISSION

 Duties and Responsibilities: To develop proposals on the scholarship system and policy and present them to the Faculty Executive Board, to evaluate the scholarship application forms received from the students by the Student Advisors at the beginning of the academic semester and to decide on the petitions received by the Scholarship Commission.
