QUALITY COMMISSION

Duties and Responsibilities: In line with the strategic plan and objectives of the university and within the framework of the procedures and principles determined by the Higher Education Quality Board, to establish an internal and external quality assurance system within the program in order to evaluate, monitor and improve the quality of education, research and social contribution activities and administrative services; to evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and to make evaluations for each academic year in order to ensure improvements, to plan and follow the process before the beginning of the following academic year.

 Duties and Responsibilities: To coordinate the activities related to the international promotion and relations of the program (Mevlana, Erasmus and Farabi) and to ensure the functioning of the exchange processes of students and faculty within the scope of Erasmus / Mevlana / Farabi within the framework of the regulations and to carry out bilateral agreement studies.

 Duties and Responsibilities: To organize cultural, social and artistic activities within the program, taking into account the needs of students and faculty members.

 Duties and Responsibilities: To take part in the process of publishing many contents such as announcements, information, visual materials of the program on both the department web page and the faculty web page; to ensure that the course and exam schedules of the program are announced on the department and faculty web pages.

GRADUATES MONITORING AND STUDENT COUNCIL ELECTION COMMISSION

 Duties and Responsibilities: To ensure that the student council unit representative elections are conducted in accordance with the Student Council and Student Representative Election Directive, the votes are counted, the result is determined and announced with a report, the objections are evaluated and sent to the senior management.

UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE EXEMPTION AND ADJUSTMENT COMMISSION

 Duties and Responsibilities: Within the scope of course exemption, to apply the evaluation of the courses taken in other programs and / or institutions with horizontal transfer, vertical transfer, double major and minor applications and the evaluation of the credits earned in accordance with the principles of “Dokuz Eylül University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations” and “Dokuz Eylül University Exemption and Adjustment Directive” and to submit the adjustment reports to the department head.

CAREER PLANNING COMMISSION

 Duties and Responsibilities: To carry out training, organization and publication activities for individual career planning and development, to inform students about the processes of finding a job, to interpret the resumes they prepare and to provide career counseling to students.

 Duties and Responsibilities: To develop proposals on the scholarship system and policy and present them to the Faculty Executive Board, to evaluate the scholarship application forms received from the students by the Student Advisors at the beginning of the academic semester and to decide on the petitions received by the Scholarship Commission.
