Department of Gifted Education
Gifted and talented children, when their development is supported at the highest level within the framework of their potential, have the power to solve the problems faced by the world and change the world. Supporting and utilising these potentials in the right way is of great importance for the development of children and the society in which they live. On this basis, the faculty members of the Department of Special Abilities Education work actively in the field of teaching, research and community service in the Faculty of Education Special Education Teaching Undergraduate, Institute of Educational Sciences Special Education Department Master’s and Doctorate Programmes. There are a total of 8 academic staff in the department, including two professors, one associate professor, one associate professor and one doctoral research assistant and three research assistants continuing their doctoral education.
