Duties and Responsibilities: To establish an internal and external quality assurance system within the program in order to evaluate, monitor and improve the quality of education, research and social contribution activities and administrative services in line with the strategic plan and objectives of the university and within the framework of the procedures and principles determined by the Higher Education Quality Board; To evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and ensure improvements for each academic year, to plan and follow up the process before the beginning of the following academic year.

2- INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS COMMISSION (Erasmus, Mevlana etc.)
Duties and Responsibilities: To coordinate the activities related to the international promotion and relations of the program (Mevlana, Erasmus and Farabi) and to ensure the functioning of the exchange processes of students and faculty members within the scope of Erasmus / Mevlana / Farabi within the framework of the regulations and to carry out bilateral agreement studies.

3- SECTION WEBSITE FOLLOW-UP AND UPDATE COMMISSION
Duties and Responsibilities: Taking part in the process of publishing many contents such as announcements, information and visual materials regarding the program both on the department website and the faculty website; To ensure that the course and exam schedules of the program are announced on the department and faculty websites.

Duties and Responsibilities: In accordance with the objectives and principles determined by the Faculty Administration; To ensure communication between graduating students and the Faculty in line with the strategic plan, and to prepare and carry out the graduation program.

5- SCHOLARSHIP COMMISSION
Duties and Responsibilities: To develop suggestions on the scholarship system and policy and to present them to the Faculty Executive Board, to evaluate the scholarship application forms received from students by Student Advisors at the beginning of the academic semester and to decide on the petitions submitted to the Scholarship Commission.

6- UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE EXEMPTION AND ADJUSTMENT COMMISSION
Duties and Responsibilities: Within the scope of course exemption, horizontal transfer, vertical transfer, double major and minor applications, as well as the evaluation of courses taken and credits earned in other programs and/or institutions, are carried out in accordance with the “Dokuz Eylül University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations” and “Dokuz Eylül University Exemption Regulations”. and Adjustment Directive” and submit the adjustment reports to the department head.
