The Department of English Language Education, within the Department of Foreign Language Education at Buca Faculty of Education, has been offering a 4-year undergraduate program following the preparatory class since 1982, a master’s program since 1989, and a doctoral program since 1995. The department’s academic staff includes 4 professors, 2 associate professors, 2 assistant professors, and 2 research assistants. More than 500 students are currently studying in the department.
