3) UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE EXEMPTION AND ADJUSTMENT COMMISSION
Duties and Responsibilities: Within the scope of course exemption, horizontal transfer, vertical transfer, double major and minor applications, as well as the evaluation of courses taken and credits earned in other programs and/or institutions, are carried out in accordance with the “Dokuz Eylül University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations” and “Dokuz Eylül University Implement according to the principles of “Exemption and Adjustment Directive” and submit adjustment reports to the department head

4) QUALITY AND SELF-EVALUATION COMMISSION
Duties and Responsibilities: To establish an internal and external quality assurance system within the program in order to evaluate, monitor and improve the quality of education, research and social contribution activities and administrative services in line with the strategic plan and objectives of the university and within the framework of the procedures and principles determined by the Higher Education Quality Board; To evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and ensure improvements for each academic year, to plan and follow up the process before the beginning of the following academic year.

5) INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS COMMISSION
Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinating the activities related to the international promotion and relations of the program (Mevlana, Erasmus and Farabi) and ensuring the functioning of the exchange processes of students and faculty members within the scope of Erasmus / Mevlana / Farabi within the framework of the regulations and carrying out bilateral agreement studies.

Duties and Responsibilities: Developing suggestions on the scholarship system and policy and presenting them to the Faculty Executive Board, evaluating the scholarship application forms received from students by Student Advisors at the beginning of the academic semester and deciding on the petitions submitted to the Scholarship Commission.

10) COMMUNITY SERVICE PRACTICES COMMISSION
Duties and Responsibilities: To develop recommendations on the scholarship system and policies and submit them to the Faculty Administrative Board; to evaluate scholarship application forms collected from students by Academic Advisors at the beginning of the academic semester; and to make decisions on petitions submitted to the Scholarship Commission.
